I really enjoyed reading your post! I agree that the H5P activity does a really good job of moving beyond just providing information and instead encourages learners to actively apply what they have learned through realistic workplace scenarios. I think the scenario based approach is especially effective because it allows students to see how gender stereotypes and microaggressions can appear in everyday situations.

I also loved your idea of using a think pair share as a follow up activity. Since topics like gender bias can sometimes be personal or emotional, giving students time to reflect individually before discussing with a partner and then the larger class creates a supportive learning environment. I also think this connects really well to our learning resource because it encourages reflection and discussion rather than simply identifying stereotypes. I also thought your connection to the BC Core Competencies was super strong as well. Amazing work!
